World Autism Awareness Day – April 2

Is anything important more than a Autism Child? Yeah, Autism is a kind of neurodevelopmental disorder. It will affected in childwood. Autism Awareness day is observed on every April 2nd. It is a International Autism Awareness Day and it is observed worldwidely. Autism is highly heritable, but the cause includes both environmental factors and genetic  susceptibility. Today is Autism Day 2015, celebrating internationally. Celebrate and create awareness about Autism.

Autism Day- April 2, 2015:

Autism is characterized by impaired social interaction, verbal and non-verbal communication, and restricted and repetitive behavior. Parents usually notice signs in the first two years of their child’s life. So they can find something not related to the normal child. But in some times  some children with autism will reach their developmental milestones at a normal pace and then regress. Most of the time the signs typically develop gradually. World Autism Awareness Day is observed on 2 April every year since 2008. It was designated by the United Nations General Assembly resolution “62/139. World Autism Awareness Day. It contains four main Components and in the proposal of Audism day and it follows.

·   Participation of UN organizations, member states, NGOs and all private & public organizations in WAAD

·    The establishment of 2 April as WAAD

·   Raise awareness of autism on all levels in society

 To ask the UN Secretary-General to deliver this message to member states and all other UN organs

Autism Day 2015 Theme:

This years Autism Awareness Day Theme is Follows.Every Year they are releasing the theme of that year  related to Audism. This is the theme is follows.

It is estimated that more than 80% of adults with autism are unemployed.Research suggests that employers are missing out on abilities that that people on the autism spectrum have in greater abundance than “neurotypical” workers do – such as, heightened abilities in pattern recognition and logical reasoning, as well as a greater attention to detail.

The hurdles that need to be overcome to unleash this potential include: a shortage of vocational training, inadequate support with job placement, and pervasive discrimination.

The United Nations General Assembly unanimously declared 2 April as World Autism Awareness Day (A/RES/62/139) to highlight the need to help improve the quality of life of children and adults, who are affected by autism, so they can lead full and meaningful lives.

Create awareness about the Autism , it is only a neuro problem. But most of the time the children with Autism could be highly logical mind, rapid workers in his future. So never avoid the person with Autism. It is very normal one with slight behavior activity.So create awareness of Autism and accept the people as it is. Celebrate Autism Day.
